WRE 42 A hinged silver quadruple medicine bottle


19th/20th century

Four rectangular compartments are hinged together, each decorated on one side with two of the Eight Buddhist Symbols against a bright enamel ground. The reverse with the name of a traditional medicine. The base is impressed with two stamped marks.
3.7 cm high, original turquoise enamelled silver stoppers
