MF 51 A rare glazed biscuit porcelain model of a rabbit

The rabbit is modelled in a recumbent position and covered with a warm yellow-ochre glaze except for the inside of its flat ears and paws which are left in the biscuit and covered with a transparent glaze with faint greenish hue. Its face with pierced nostrils and black eyes has an alert expression.
Length 7.5 cm

清康熙 珍罕黃釉瓷兔

特徵:兔呈臥伏姿,通體施黃赭色釉,唯兔耳內側及四爪部分露胎並施透明釉,釉色泛淡青。兔子鼻孔鏤空,雙眼點黑,神情警覺。
