Meiji period
The vase is of baluster form with short waisted neck. The upper part is decorated in relief with a treacle-like over glaze in imitation of a Song ceramic glaze reminiscent of the 'teardrops' on the temmoku tea bowls.
The patination the imitates the patina of Chinese archaic bronzes showing different shades of colour like red, black and malachite.
The base is inscribed with the following text:
'To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the society of people from the prefecture Toyama living in Kobe'

JW 02 明治 周年紀念銘文銅瓶
時代：明治時期。
特徵：瓶身上半部採用仿宋陶瓷釉料的浮雕裝飾，有如天目茶碗上的經典「淚珠」紋。瓶身上的銅綠色模仿中國古代青銅器的色澤。底部刻款「神戶富山縣人會創立三十周年紀念」。
尺寸：高15.2公分。
