The trunk-shaped vase with branches in openwork, is left in its natural form, with a central aperture at the top, extending down three quarters towards the base. The smooth surface has patinated to a warm dark brown colour.

Provenance: Formerly in the collection of Jan Habbema, acquired in Indonesia prior to 1936, thence by descent in the family. Jan Habbema formed a vast collection of Chinese art whilst stationed as a high official in Bojonegoro, Indonesia, until 1936.

特徵：此瓶呈樹幹形，帶有鏤空樹枝。頂部中心有孔，光滑的表面呈暖深棕色。

來源：原為荷蘭駐印尼的高級官員Jan Habbema在1936年前於印尼購得的私人收藏，此後家族傳承。
