The blue-glazed kendi with bulbous body and small mammiform spout is surmounted by a tall cylindrical neck flaring toward an everted rounded rim. It is decorated on both sides in gilt with a shaped panel of an extensive riverlandscape on a prunus-on-cracked-ice ground beneath an iron-red border at the rim
