Song dynasty (980-1279)

The boy is reclining on a large lotus leaf floating on crested waves. He is wearing long-sleeved robes and holding a large carp with an open mouth in both hands. His face is smiling, and his shaved head has one tuft of hair.
The plaque has openwork carving on both sides, with the Hehe Erxian Immortal Twins amongst large floral branches, one holding a large lotus flower, the other carrying a box, a bat at their feet. The stone is mottled beige with dark inclusions.
