明 梨形小玉壺


Ming dynasty (1368-1644)

The slightly flattened pear-shaped body of Near Eastern metal shape rises from a spreading foot to a flaring neck. One side is set with an arched strap handle surmounted by a small loop, the other side with a curved spout joined to the body wih a curved strut. Both sides are carved with a leaf-shaped panel, one enclosing a dragon, the other with a carp, both emerging from waves.
The stepped cover is surmounted by a lion finial.
The stone is of greyish-green colour with brown inclusions.

時代:明朝,1368至1644年。
特徵:此器以青灰、帶褐色班紋的玉製成。扁梨形的壺身受近東金屬器型啟發,壺身一側刻龍,另一側則刻鯉魚。頂蓋上裝飾一頭獅子。
尺寸:高8.2公分。
來源:前荷蘭駐外大使Gerard Dissevelt(1912—1992)舊藏,其曾於1950年代派駐至中國及日本。
