Ming dynasty, 17th century or later
The Buddha is seated in 'dhyanasana' , the right hand in 'bhumisparsa mudra', wearing loose robes open at the chest showing an 'wan' in relief above the sash-tied 'dhoti'. He is seated on a separate gilt-bronze lotus throne raised on a tall separate socket emerging from crested waves and encircled by a tiered balustrade enclosing two standing officials and raised on short flared feet with upturned ends.

WF 22 明 (十七世紀或稍晚) 銅鎏金坐佛像
佛陀結跏趺坐，右手施觸地印。身著寬鬆袈裟，露出繫帶之裙（dhoti），胸前浮雕「卍」字紋。
佛像安坐於一件獨立鑄造之鎏金銅蓮花座上。蓮座由一高插座承托，自翻湧浪花中升起，周圍環以欄杆，其內立有二侍官像。座足短而外撇，足端上翹。
